Developmental physiotherapy

Private clinic

A private clinic for developmental physiotherapy treatments for children and babies, specializing in the treatment of children with various developmental disabilities.

At the clinic, I provide personalized care for the child and his family. The clinic is pleasant, colorful and inviting, equipped with innovative equipment adapted to the unique needs of each child.

In the clinic, the treatments are delivered through play and experiential activities , with the aim of promoting the children's developmental skills.

The safe and inclusive environment allows children to experience and learn in a meaningful way, while having a positive effect on their ability to participate independently in daily activities.

The clinic promotes cooperation with the parents, the educational team and the therapeutic team. Its purpose is to provide the optimal treatment for children and help achieve important developmental goals.

When to turn to developmental physical therapy

Developmental physical therapy plays a crucial role in the movement development of babies and children, helping them achieve motor milestones and improve their participation in daily activities and play with their peers.

There are certain signs and behaviors that can indicate the need for developmental physical therapy, and observing them can help parents and caregivers identify the need for diagnosis or treatment.

in infancy
During the first year of the child's life, below are several signs that can indicate the need for developmental physical therapy:

Delay in acquiring milestones such as: sitting, rolling over, crawling, standing, etc.
Asymmetrical function: when there is a clear difference between the use of the hands or feet, such as playing, reaching out with one dominant hand or turning over to only one side.
Less or unstable head lifting: if the baby has difficulty lifting or holding the head stably while lying on the stomach.

Fear or prevention of movement : if the baby avoids movement or prefers to be passive.
Delay in achieving independent walking :
bent posture while sitting.
Hyperflexibility and hypotonia :

Low muscle tone and excessive flexibility that may hinder movement and achieving motor milestones.
Asymmetry in head and neck position:

Constant tilting of the head to one side (torticollis)

in childhood
As the child grows, the signs that can indicate the need for physical therapy change slightly and include:

Fear or inhibitions of play or motor activity involving running,

Jumping, climbing to a height and a proprioceptive experience (surfing, spinning) such as: playing in the playground or with friends

Lack of independence depending on the child's age in daily activities such as dressing or eating.

Sitting a lot in a bent position or sitting w

Many falls compared to his peers.

Rapid fatigue , low endurance.

Movement clumsiness

When to seek diagnosis?
If you notice one or more of these signs in your child, it may be worth contacting a developmental physical therapist for a diagnosis. Early diagnosis and training can help identify challenges and tailor treatment that promotes motor development and participation.

Smiles and experiences

As part of the treatments at the clinic, exciting moments are created in which I have the privilege of seeing the happy development and achievements that the children reach.
The gallery gives a glimpse into the magical world of children who, while playing, develop their motor skills alongside a sense of self-sufficiency.

My son is being treated by Adi for motor clumsiness and low tone. Adi succeeds in a pleasant, professional manner, and with great skill in encouraging him to face the movement challenges, which he avoids on a daily basis. My son leaves the treatments with an experience of success, which encourages him to have more and more sporting experiences beyond the treatment time. I highly recommend the physiotherapy treatment at Adi's

Mom is satisfied

The amazing Adi took care of my five-year-old daughter on the recommendation of the kindergarten teacher and a developmental doctor. Adi created an amazing relationship with my daughter, she waited impatiently every week for treatment. The treatment was polished and we saw the improvement and learning from week to week until the therapeutic goals were fully achieved. In addition to this, the motor improvement also brought with it a significant improvement in emotional aspects as well: an improvement in the feeling of competence, self-confidence and more.
Adi has a significant part in our lives and we thank her very much for that.

My three-year-old son has a developmental delay and the treatments at the clinic do wonders for him. The professional and patient Adi works with him in a personal way adapted to his needs. Thanks to the treatments, he achieves important goals in his physical and movement development. Highly recommend!

Adi has been taking care of my daughter since she was seven months old, for two years now. From the first moment my daughter connected with her and every treatment arrived with joy. Although at first it was difficult for her, in the end the work pays off
